Junior IT Support – Apprenticeship
- Install, maintain, and upgrade IT equipment throughout the company.
- Provide general support and training to colleagues, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Efficiently monitor, support, and manage a help desk ticketing system.
- Manage user accounts, creating and removing them as needed in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensuring correct allocation and documentation.
- Monitor data backups to ensure reliability.
- Assist with additional IT tasks, including automation and robotics-related work, as required.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office applications.
- Positive and flexible attitude, with a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, punctuality, and self-motivation.
- Familiarity with iOS and Linux.
- Understanding of IP networking and troubleshooting.
