What you’ll be doing The Administration Assistant will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors to World Land Trust, providing a friendly, professional and welcoming experience via our telephone switchboard and through face-to-face communications with staff and visitors. They will also be responsible for monitoring general email accounts, handling incoming and outgoing post, putting together standard documentation and ensuring stocks of office supplies and stationery are maintained, along with other general administration.
 
Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, with experience of dealing with callers and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner whilst maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment. Previous experience of handling a switchboard and undertaking admin duties and office procedures would be advantageous. A good working knowledge of MS Office to a competent level is necessary along with the flexibility and willingness to work both as part of a team and on own initiative.
