Beccles Cycle for Life

This year’s Beccles Cycle for Life charity ride will get underway on September 26 from a new venue, the cricket pavilion opposite Ringsfield Village Hall, at 10am.
All the details are on the easy-to-use event website becclescycleforlife.org through which all riders must enter in advance this year, to pay securely by card.
The changes have been dictated by the remaining uncertainties of the pandemic, including the change of venue from the Leman School, but as always there is a big range of distances available. All the routes are on the website.
This year they are 6, 16, 35, 41 and 50 miles, to suit all kinds of cyclists from keen regulars to family groups.
This year’s ride is, as before, in aid of East Anglian Air Ambulance and the Rotary club’s charitable trust, which helps many other charitable causes, many of them local, but including disaster relief as well.
The Rotary Club of Beccles looks forward to welcoming all regular participants and hopefully a lot of new ones and the bookings are already coming in.
