“During Alice’s time in Highlands she has been shown the most inspirational, outstanding levels of love and care from all who work there. Especially as time has past and she has needed much higher lev-els of time and attention. Then to add to that the challenges that the pandemic has brought to High-lands have been met with the best of care and con-sideration to all its residence and their families which I’m sure all are very thankful for.
The staff that work at Highlands at every level are outstanding and have certainly become an invalua-ble extended family to Alice and to us; We couldn’t ask for more or better and thank you all for your continued effort from the bottom of our hearts. “
